Greg leads our Human Resources function by defining the people and culture strategy for Alcyone as well as creating an infrastructure to support a high performing organization. Greg has over 25 years of Human Resources experience in both emerging and commercialized life sciences companies. Previously Greg held human resources positions at Seres Therapeutics, Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, Medidata Solutions, and Biogen where he led HR Operations, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, International Assignments Program, and specialized in the building and development of talent and leadership.

Greg has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and a Master of Education degree from Lesley University.
