Alcyone Therapeutics and Biogen have entered into a collaboration agreement to evaluate Alcyone’s ThecaFlex DRx™ System, an implantable medical device intended for subcutaneous delivery of therapies into the intrathecal space. The ThecaFlex DRx™ System will initially be evaluated with SPINRAZA (nusinersen) in SMA, which will inform pathways to pair ThecaFlex with Biogen’s broader portfolio of investigational ASO therapies.
